Ready-made milk shakes are often full of added sugar, flavourings, colours and other unwanted ingredients, but it is SO easy to make your own at home using plain milk and yogurt with real fruit to add flavour, colour and sweetness.
For an extra special treat I added sprinkles to our glasses, but if you’re trying to avoid extra sugar, just skip this step as this milkshake recipe is every bit as delicious without them.
