I’ve been making these for years and popping them into my kids lunch boxes, snack boxes, and of course serving them up for fun and healthy Halloween party food.
Though it’s not a new or unique idea (just check out Pinterest at this time of year to see what I mean!), I put my own spin on the classic orange pumpkins by switching out celery and instead using cucumber for the stalks.
